AGM Turnouts 1998-2008

The turnouts at German AGMs are decreasing. In 2002, an average of 51.23 % of the voting capital were present at the general meetings of the Dax 30 companies. In 2005, only 46 % on average attended the Dax 30 meetings. Since 2006 the trend has changed. In 2008, more than 58 % of the voting capital was present at the general meetings of the 30 Dax companies.
