Investor Protection and Interest Representation
For all legal questions relating to securities investments, the DSW's lawyers are on hand as knowledgeable points of contact. They are also responsible for representing the interests of private investors at the political level — both in Berlin and in Brussels.

Shareholder Meetings (AGMs) and Proxy Voting
Regina Birkelbach, at the AGM Department, organizes proxy voting on behalf of private investors at around 600 shareholder meetings in Germany each year.
