Our objective is to protect our members' interests.

DSW’s objective is to safeguard the interests of private investors. We support individuals who invest in the capital markets – directly or through funds or other products – and help them enforce their rights. Our members receive free initial legal advice on all legal and tax issues related to their investments. Each day, our lawyers review numerous cases of mis‑selling, misinformation or fraud. Where there is a realistic chance of recovery, DSW pursues those responsible and works towards compensation for the affected investors.
